2. Each dog has their own detailed records with us, detailing every health check breakdown, session behavioural progress, owner feedback, which tailored mix of products we used, and much more!
3. We schedule time in between each client so there's no cross overs, which also allows us to record the session whilst it’s fresh in our minds.
4. Session feedback is invaluable for your dog's long term grooming/salon relationship, which is why we include bespoke advice after every session on how to progress towards more wins next time.
5. Finally, we don't discriminate... every dog deserves a chance, that's why we have designed the entire business model to centre around THEIR individual needs!
